Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Rebroadcast ("Rebroadcast", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Rebroadcast on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

2. What the service does

Rebroadcast transcribes media you upload, generates derivative posts and articles with automated systems, and, where you connect an account, publishes them to third party platforms on your instruction. Automated output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything published under your name.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us at support@rebroadcast.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Your content

You keep all ownership of the video, audio, writing and other material you upload, and of the posts generated from it. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transcribe, transform and transmit that material only to operate the service for you, including sending it to our processing and model providers and to the platforms you connect. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including rights to any music, footage or voices in it, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone's rights.

5. Connected platforms

When you connect YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WordPress or any other account, you also agree to that platform's terms and remain bound by them. We act on your instruction. We are not responsible for a platform suspending, limiting or removing your account or content, or for changes to their APIs that interrupt publishing.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Rebroadcast to:

• publish unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringing material;
• impersonate a person or generate synthetic likeness or voice without consent;
• run spam, engagement farming or automated activity that breaks a platform's rules;
• reverse engineer, resell or overload the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Prices are shown before checkout and exclude taxes unless stated. You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something went clearly wrong, write to us and we will look at it in good faith.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change. Automated posting depends on third party APIs that can fail or change without notice.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost reach or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination your content is deleted from active systems within 30 days, subject to backups and legal retention.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
